charge to room?

CAn you charge at DLH coffee shop / food court on your room key?

There are only a few places that you can charge to your room, but your room key is only your room key. They give you a slip of paper, you show your room key, you give them your credit card.... Plan on using the credit card or cash. It's not WDW.
