Charge the batteries of not?

Remote controlled vehicles...do you charge the batteries before wrapping the gift? Or do you let the kid suffer the several hours it takes on christmas day?

I'd charge the batteries! I'm not giving a remote controlled car, but I am giving something else with a rechargeable battery to someone and since the box is easy to open I'm going to charge it ahead of time.

I would charge them. Those few hours would be agony.

Of course, if you wanted to torment....
