if the park dosent open till 8 or 9 will Minnie have breakfast available before hand?

I always want to make my PS for right when park opens or earlier if possible. I have always been told that Main St opens 1 hour earlier, unless the park opens at 8am, then Main St also opens at 8am. SO, if the park is scheduled to open at 9, then Main St, along with Minnies, would open at 8.

No, that would mean a 6 am opening during the summer. Ouch!

Not necessarily, there is no rule that says Main Street will open early. I've never heard of Minnies opening before the scheduled park opening. From the DL website

The Character breakfast is open from Park opening until 11 a.m.

Minnies runs from gate opening- 7am on MM days and 8am on regular opening days to 11am. Food and characters are there until 11:30.

DL opened at 9 am when we were there. They were holding us at rope drop each day, and we would see people being escorted over to Minnies for breakfast. I have no idea what time they start allowing that, but it seems they do have breakfast before park opening.

On 10am openings, breakfast starts at 9 on MM days and 9:30 on non-mm days. When the gates open to guests is when the restarant opens. If you have ressies during MM and don't have or are not using MM, PI Cms are stationed at gates 1&2 to escort guests into the park and to the restarant.
