Characters in DCA

Hi there! I am looking at the character section of the Disneyland app and noticed that there are no characters in the Carthay Circle area today. I think Minnie, Mickey, Pluto and Goofy are often there. There's also no Oswald scheduled for today. Is this the norm now? I hadn't realized it before to keep an eye on it and we leave tomorrow (hooray!). Anyone know anything about this? I was hoping to see them in their winter gear!

The characters are usually on BVS. Lately there's been a line for Carthay lounge in that area, with no room for a character.
