Characters at the waterparks?

Hi, i found an article from Kenny the Pirate from 2013..Can someone tell me if Lilo and Stitch are still at Typhoon Lagoon? Goofy? Any others? Which ones are at Blizzard Beach?

We saw Lilo & Stitch at Typhoon Lagoon in August 2014.

We went to both water parks last year & don't remember seeing any characters.

I saw Goofy last time I was at Blizzard Beach. I have been to water parks many times without character sightings, however.
