Characters at LTT???

Are the characters coming back to LTT?

Rumor has it that they are coming back, but I have not seen an official announcement from Disney.

When we were there last month, the servers really missed having the characters there (at least ours did). She said it was budget cuts, so not sure if/when they'll be back.
