Character Times Short or Long?

I may be going to Disneyland/Disney California Adventure this fall. I wanted to meet the Frozen sisters of course, and wanted to show Elsa in particular a music video, but the video is 4 minutes long and I don't think the cast members will give me all of that time to spend with her to show her. So how can you hang with a Disney character? I am an adult not a kid by the way, will be hitting the BIG 3-0.

I think CMs are very hesitant to cut short character experiences. But if there is a line behind you I would be respectful of that and not take up too much time.
