Hi. My husband and I are new to the boards, but have been lurking for a few days now. I have a few questions.

We are taking the kids to WDW in June. They will be 7, 4 and 2 so a character meal is a must. As of now, the characters of choice are Chip, Dale, Mickey and Minnie (we weeded out the princesses :cool1: ). Are there any meals where they commonly appear together? I see a couple places that have Chip, Dale and Mickey appearing together. Is the Liberty Tree Tavern the only "regular" spot for Minnie? If so, does anyone else appear with her?

We are staying at AKL conceirge. Should I just leave it up to them for PS arrangements or should I try to do it myself?

One last question for now. We have the My Way with meals. Can that be used on a character meal? I'm a little confused with that package

Your kids are almost the exact same ages as mine, so I can relate. Chef Mickey's is a great place to do a character breakfast. My kids love it! Last time we ate there we saw Goofy, Pluto, Mickey, Chip and Dale. Also, I've heard great things about Cape May Cafe (I'm pretty sure Minnie is at that one). Not sure exactly which restaurants Minnie is at. Maybe someone else can answer that one. However, I think Chef Mickey's would be a great choice to see most of the characters you are looking for.

About the dining plan, YES, the sit-down meal can be used in exchange for a character meal. A character meal is equal to 1 sit-down meal on the plan.

Hope this helps some!

Minnie, Mickey, Chip and Dale were at Chef Mickey's for dinner the night we were there. We really like it there.

Some of our favorites are:

Liberty Tree Tavern for Dinner: Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip & Dale - this is a must do for us every trip

Cape May Cafe Breakfast: Minnie, Goofy, Chip & Dale

Chef Mickey's: Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip & Dale (sometimes characters here can vary - we've also seen Donald here from time to time) - we actually prefer the breakfast here - much more relaxed pace & not so loud - but, the dinner is very popular

Donald's Breakfastosaurus: Mickey, Donald, Goofy & Pluto - our favorite breakfast at AK

Garden Grill: Mickey, Pluto, Chip & Dale - this is one of the best IMO, for character interaction - it's currently closed for refurb, but should be open for your trip in June -

Hope this helps some - there is lots of great info about all of these restaurants here on the board - have fun planning! :D

Our favorites are:

Chef Mickeys (the kids get to see Donald) at dinner

Liberty Tree Tavern (Minnie is there - also DH's favorite) at dinner

1900 Park Fare for breakfast (Kids love Mad Hatter)

Crystal Palace for breakfast (Pooh and friends)

We also love 1900 Park Fare for dinner but you said you don't want princesses.
