For the character meals outside of the park, do you have to have a park ticket for that day, or can you just make a PS reservation for it? We're thinking of going to one, but we weren't sure.

If it's outside of the park I would imagine you could just make reservations for it buuuuut i don't think you'd go through Disney Dining.. You'd probably have to call the hotel that the one you wanted to attend was located.

Meaning at the hotels? Oh no, not at all! :)

When we made our PS for the Lilo Stitch b'fast at PPH, we called Disney Dining. Same in December for the Chip and Dale breakfast at GCH and at the same time made the PS for Blue Bayou on a different day.

Thanks! Which breakfast did you like better? What would you recommend considering it would be a group of all adults?

A lot of people favor Goofy's Kitchen at DL hotel.. I particularly didn't car for it.. The best food i've had has been at Storyteller's Cafe in The grand californian. Lilo and stich's at PP is very good as well

My friend and I did PCH, and it was about 30 minutes until the characters went away. We were the only ones there for the last 20, but they didn't really give us much attention at all. :(

Where (and/or what time) would be the best place to see Donald and/or Daisy Duck?

Daisy was posing for pictures when we went, and Donald is on Main St nearly everyday in DL.

What characters are at Storyteller's Cafe?

Storyteller's Cafe has the Chip & Dale character breakfast. They feature mostly woodland creatures. Here is a sampling of who can be seen there:

Chip & Dale (obviously)
Koda
Kenai
Turk
Timon
Brer Bear
Baloo
Meeko
Pinocchio

To the OP: I have heard that Donald and/or Daisy sometimes appear at Lilo & Stitch at the PPH and sometimes at Goofy's, but no guarantees of who you're gonna see, obviously. It's just luck of the draw. Personally, I love Storyteller's best because you can order off the menu, the food is awesome and we've always had excellent service. Banana Stuffed French Toast =

We saw Daisy, and I've heard tons of other reports matching our experience, at the Lilo/Stitch breakfast. But not Donald.

With Storyteller's if you want the menu, go BEFORE 11:30, b/c that time is when they stop serving from the menu. Also, if you want to see Chip and DAle, go well before that; we were told clearly by the server that those two are done after their 10:30 appearance.

But it's just beautiful in there, and if I were with only adults I'd go to Storyteller's.

Audra, since I know your wife is veggie, there was veggie sausage on the buffet at Storyteller's! Others have told me that it was at PCH Grill, too, but I looked when we went and there was none, so I don't have that experience. But it's pretty cool, to have veggie sausage at a buffet like that! :)

That is cool! I think that's what we're going to settle on once the spring break crowds die down more!
