Character Meals - Which Characters?

What’s the best source for accurate lists of which characters appear at which character meals? The official WDW site just says things like “Minnie and Friends,” and a lot of sites seem to have old info. We’re going with three little girls and one little boy. The girls are easy to please with a princess meal, but I want to have good info to decide on something that isn’t princess-centric. Probably Mickey, but it’s hard to tell where he is appearing just from the name on the official site.
