I have traveled a few times with infants babies and toddlers. Table service meals especially character meals are a bit slow and can be challenging for little ones to make it through. Suggest avoiding lunches since that’s usually a good time when little ones nap (and their schedules are just so messed up at Disney) - waking a sleeping baby to get food is a recipe for disaster. 1 years old is a big range. If your little one is eating food packets or puffs by all means bring in with you. Also bring in bibs - we like the wipable kind so we can reuse on our trip. For little ones who are spoon fed you might want to bring little spoons too - tre metal spoons are usually mess making. If you’re doing a breakfast buffet (chef mickeys Hollywood and vine etc) they will have some good snackable fruit loops and other cereals. If your little one is able, those are great to grab for them (and would not cost anything extra for you). Many buffets also have nice fruit selections to pick from as well. And ymmv but often times even at non buffets the servers will bring juice or milk for free and may even allow them to get a little snack off the menu - don’t be shy about asking - it’s an expensive trip and Disney is great about making sure ALL guests (ticketed or not) have a magical stay.
