Character Meals - Chip & Dale?

My friend and I are going to DL next month, and she wants to go to character meals where she can see C&D. We know that Storyteller's breakfast has them, but are they usually at Minnie and Friends and Goofy's Kitchen for breakfast as well?

I know they're not guaranteed to be at those two, and I think they're kind of random, esp. at Minnie & Friends, but can you usually see them there?

Minnies I can't cofirm as I have not tried it, but I have seen them at Goofy's

They are always at Goofy's - I don't think there has been a time since 1992 when I haven't seen Chip & Dale at Goofy's. And like Chris420 said, I also cannot confirm Minnie & Friends, but it seems like they are there all the time, according to photos I have seen. Those little chipmunks get around.

In Jan we saw them at Goofy's Kitchen for supper and at Minnie's breakfast.
