I notice there is a character meal at Island dining room at RPR on Monday and Tuesday. what is the price for adults and children?

Is this better than the one in the Islands of adventure park?

The character dining at the Islands Restaurant at RPH isn't like at Disney where you pay a set price. At Islands, you order whatever you want off the menu or get the buffet and the kids do the same except that there's a special kids buffet for about $4 with kid food. The characters stroll around the entire area. So the price depends on what you order.

There is character dining at IOA its a breakfast held at Confiscos.

Don’t Miss the Character Breakfast at Islands Of Adventure!

Breakfast is not just the most important meal of the day…now it’s the most fun!

Bring the whole family and enjoy breakfast with Spider-Man™ and The Cat in the Hat™ at Islands of Adventure’s Confisco Grille®, each Thursday through Sunday morning from park opening to 10:30 a.m.

Each onsite hotel also offers character dining as well as other themed entertainment on certain evenings.

Islands Dinner Buffet
Served on Friday & Saturday evenings, the buffet features a taste of the islands with a scrumptious spread of menu items including an array of salads, vegetables, beef, seafood, and poultry entrees and an action station.

Adults: $24.50
Children: $9.75 (ages 3-12)

You can also order off the menu if you dont want the buffet. This is a dinner and the one at IOA at Confiscos is a breakfast with spiderman and friends. I personally like the food at RPR better.
