I just booked Hojo for my trip in November so I'm excited and I want to plan everything right now. I have a few questions, thanks to anyone that can help.

1. My boyfriend and I have been looking at the dining picture thread and we saw Goofy's Kitchen. It looks like it would be good for breakfast but the thing is, we are a couple in our early 20's with no kids so we aren't into the character thing. Have any adults here ever eat there without kids? Was it awkward? Could I tell the CMs that the characters can skip our table? Also, I saw that the price is higher during peak season. Is November 15-19 considered peak season this year? We went last year around the same time and it was really slow but I don't know what they consider peak season time.

2. I wanted to try the single rider line for a few of the rides my boyfriend won't ride, like Splash Mountain or Screamin'. How do you use this? Do I need some sort of pass for it? Where do I enter?

3. I was searching for entertainment cards on ebay and the current (2009) card says it expires November 1, so that means I have to use a 2010 one. When do they usually release the new ones?

4. I'm going on the trip for my birthday. I will have 3 day parkhoppers so I'm planning on getting the fun card instead. However, I'm not planning on going to the parks on my actual birthday because it's a Sunday and we don't like going to the parks on weekends. Would it be possible for me to go to the ticket booth on my birthday, show my proof of admission, get my fun card, but not have to enter the parks that day?

5. I heard that AAA members get discounts at some restaurants in the parks. Which ones give discounts to AAA members and how much discount is it?

Okay, I think that's all for now. Thanks!

Mom who is 83 and I ate buffet breakfast with no problem and nobody gets treated badly or gawked at because they are not a kid or are a single person. We had fun.

Yes you can ask that characters leave you alone but that does not always work but yes you can ask.
The date should be low season but who knows with Disney. I have not heard when peak season prices are going into effed.

It varies from ride to ride. Just go to a CM and they will point to the single rider line. Sometimes it is rather obvious. You just get in line. At Toy Story I got in line and waited. Then an odd numbered group came along and they took a single rider. Several times they would get a total of 6 people so they would say PARTY OF TWO and if nobody came forward then two of us got to ride. I was nest in line and there was a lady and two teens. I let the teens go together then shortly thereafter the mom and me got to ride. Luck of the draw.

Go to the guest services window located to the left of DCA and DLR. If you show them your park hopper then you can get the gift card without having that visit count toward your parkhopper. If you had 4 days left then you would still have 4 days left. I checked with a CM online about this matter a week or so ago.

They do and you can check with AAA for that. Rainforest is one place that I know of.
Others will be along to answer but that is what I know.

Single rider is offered on the following rides:

Splash
Indy
Screamin
Soarin (line next to FP line is for single riders)
GRR
Mulholland Madness
TSMM (has it's own single rider line)
Maliboomer

You need to ask the CM at the regular que for a single rider pass. They will then direct you to where you need to go. Most rides, it is through the exit que. You hand the CM at the exit your single rider pass and they get you on as soon as there is a spot available.

Check AAA for which restaurants are available, but I'm fairly sure character meals are included in the discount.
