Character Dining Question

Can someone tell me the best place to see what characters are "likely" to be seen at each meal? Is there a list somewhere?

My kids are VERY into meeting characters (and we are VERY into NOT standing in lines to see characters), but I want to make sure I don't have too many "repeat characters" built into our plan.

I currently have:
Liberty Tree Tavern Dinner
Crystal Palace Breakfast
CRT Lunch
Donald's Tusker House Breakfast

***Is there one of these that is redundant? Or is there one we are completely missing out on? I have seen good reviews of Chef Mickey's but we were going to try to avoid too much travel between parks/resorts, etc.

TIA for input!

Chris

Does your 5y.o like Little Einsteins and JoJo's Circus? Hollywood and Vine has a character meal that features those characters.

LTT usually has Goofy, Minnie, Chip, Dale, and Pluto.
CP usually has Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, and Tigger. (I've eaten there four times for breakfast, and it has always been those four characters.)
CRT will always have Cinderella in the lobby, you also have a good chance at seeing Belle, Aurora (Sleeping Beauty,) the Fairy Godmother, as well as maybe the mice, Snow White, etc.

LTT has Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale. I love this one- I eat here every trip.
CP has Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Tigger. It's ok, though I prefer lunch/dinner.
CRT varies. Cinderella is almost guaranteed (she is in the lobby). Then the princesses upstairs can change. Last time I ate here (July 2007) I saw Fairy Godmother, Snow White, Belle (in blue dress) and Jasmine.
Have not done the new AK meal, but I believe it is Mickey, Donald, Daisy, and Pluto(or Goofy?).

These are good ones.
