hi all just checked out the new programmes posted by cazgal and it says that there is character dining at plaza gardens or pizza planet? ooh! i hope so, that'd be great, although heard food isn't great there, does anyone else know about this?!

That's definately what it says
Tea Party at Plaza Gardens Or Pizza Planet, I wonder if the PP will have just Toy Story characters, if there are LGM's there, we're definately going :rotfl:
The new Toy Story film is due for release this summer, so it's bound to be a popular choice. :)

Oooh that would be great - we love the character tea party at the Plaza Gardens, but a Toy Story version would be even better :cloud9: !

i'm concerned though what they would offer for food, as we know the 'tea party' at plaza gardens menu is different from what is normally served, so i wonder what they would do at PP.
(what's LGMs btw?)
Also recent reviews on dlrp comment that the food is as bad as ever!
I thought TS3 was due for 2010, i must have misread, so 2 great films to look forward to then! Wall-E and ts3!

We have eaten at Pizza Planet and we liked the food. It's only Pizza and burgers and some salads and fruits but as long as that's all you are after it's fine.

Our DD loved the play area.

One downside is that the air con isn't great and if it gets busy it gets uncomfortably hot especially for the children playing (our DD was 'glowing' when we left ;) )

Also I remember the loos to be particularly whiffy :rotfl: so I'd try to avoid them.

I think a Toy Story themed meal here would be a great addition to the park :goodvibes

I would love a Toy Story theme meal, as I would love to meet Buzz he always seems to be on holiday when I visit:sad2:

LGM's = Little Green Men

I know initially 2010 was advertised but then I read somewhere Summer 2008 and I noticed some Toy Story toys in Woolies the other day so I assumed a release would be imminent, I do hope we don't have to wait until 2010.

Note to self: must try to find time to visit Pizza Planet.

My dtr calls her plush LGM "Oooooooooh" as that's what they say.

Isn't Pizza Planet basically a tent?

I ate there last January. It was quite windy and the lighting units were being blown around.
