Which character meals have photopass photographers?

We just got back yesterday and did three character meals:
Crystal Palace (breakfast)-no photographer
Tusker House (breakfast)-no photographer
Chef Mickey's (dinner)-Photographer only at the entrance-took our picture with a Mickey statue. No photographer taking pictures with the actual characters.

We did Tusker House, Crystal Palace, Garden Grill, Hollywood and Vine and 1900 Park Fare and none had Photopass photographers. Be Our Guest dinner did have one for the Beast. In the past we always saw them at Chef Mickey's, Akershus, CRT and Tusker House.

Seriously? I thought a photo with your "host" as you enter was a done deal at character meals. What a bummer.

CRT (Cinderella) and Akershus (Belle) have entry photos. 1900 Park Fare also has a lobby photo (no character), and BOG has a photo at dinner only (Beast).

We have also had one at Ohana for breakfast. They went around the restaurant with Stitch.

Only meal with a photographer inside the meal is Stitch at Ohana. At least there is regularly one there.
All the others have is a photo done outside/before the meal, at most. Some don't even have that.
