character dining options before MVMCP

We are planning to attend MVMCP and have always made a PS at LTT when tickets were ordered, usually in July. I wanted to switch and make a PS at Crystal Palace this year instead of LTT. The CM told me I could not make a PS at Crystal Palace until 90 days out. Has anyone found it hard to get a PS 90 days out?

I think that as long as you call right at 90 days you will have no problem. But if you waited a few days or weeks then you might have a problem because party nights are busy.

I couldn't add a person to my existing PS at LTT last year so I had to cancel it and book at CP at 90 days and I did it with no problems but I did it at exactly 90 days and in the morning.
