Character Breakfasts

We are going to Florida on August 1st, 2003. We have just ordered 10 day World Tickets for Disney. Included in the price is a free Character breakfast. Does anybody know how this works? Will we be allocated a time and a venue when we arrive in Florida? Do we have to ring in advance for a reservation? I would be extremely grateful if somebody could help.

Hi there,

You just book whichever character breakfast you want to do and when it comes to paying just hand them the vouchers.
When you get your 10 day world tickets, the breakfast vouchers will be with them, they include a list of all the places they're valid on the back.

I've done the one at Restaurantasauras in Animal Kingdom and can thoroughly recommend it, we also got in the park early bacause of it, much to DD's delight as we left the restaurant in an empty park and Tigger came running over to cuddle her

Hello, We have just this minute booked our character breakfast at Animal kingdom. It was so easy.
We phoned 001 407 939 3463 and a lovely lady asked where we wanted to go and at which time.
We have chosen our 1st day there 2nd Aug for 9.30.
She told us to be there 5 minutes before and that was it.
We can't wait.

Can recommend the donald and friends character breakfast,in animal kingdom. The food was great and the characters were so funny fooling about all the time. It was my birthday and everyone sang happy birthday it was wonderful and so embarrassing.

From what I understand the free character breakfast offer is only for certain restuarants. It's in the small print. I think there's only 4 places you can claim it.

Are there really only 4 places that accept the voucher? What are they? I've already booked the Crystal Palace and was going to use the 10-day ticket voucher for that.

I was under the impression that it was only the Character Breakfasts at AK and GF 1900 Park Fayre that were available with the 10 day world ticket.

They were certainly the only two I was considering for our trip in June, but if there are others I would be interested to hear what they are.

p.s. Having just looked at the Virgin 2004 brochure there are a list of breakfast places, although I'm unsure which of these are actually character breakfasts. I gather you can just have a resort breakfast if you wish?
