character breakfasts

We were in section 2 and very much enjoyed the show. Being up a bit higher was an advantage actually as much of the show is up in the air. I would buy section 2 again over section 1.

I was in section 203. No complaints here! The only bad seats in the house are the most expensive seats down on the floor. So much of the show is looking <up>...you would have a crick in your neck being down low in the category 1 section. Most of the show was eye level in section 203. Plus...there's a bit of a pre show on the aisle between the category 1 and category 2 sections. Those in category 1 had to twist around in their seats to see it...while those of us in category 2...the pre show was being performed in front of us.

Thanks for the info much appreciated we really thought this would be good to see since its my 50th b-day and wanted to do something special since its only my husband and i going this time. did you get your tickets from disney or dw tickets?

thanks for your reply, need to know if the seats in 203 was in on the one side or the other side of the opening railing that looks in the pic seats as right in front of the seating right in the middle. where did you sit in what row section and number seat , thanks

I was in row EE seat 13...right behind curtain / entrance / exit B...that meant I had no one in front of me. I wanted to make sure I could see. I didn't need to do that. The seating is steep enough between the rows that you'd have to have some 7' person wearing a 10 gallon hat to sit in front of you before your view would be <maybe> begin to be obstructed.

I bought my tix ahead of time...from the hotlink on a Disney page. Click the 'Things to do' tab and choose Cirque from the drop down box. It takes you away from the Disney site to order your tix. You will be able to see what seats it will assign you before you purchase. I kept <ordering> my tix in many seperate windows until it assigned me the seat I wanted...made my real purchase there and then closed all the other windows w/o purchasing all the other seats.

for this show .... you don't want to be on the floor or too low .... trust me. we went & somehow we were moved to floor seats and i spent the whole show looking up & needed a massage the next day!!!

thanks for the great ideas would you say that you would rather be in 203 sec in row ee 1-6 or 15-19 seats , or 204 same idea than where you choose the seats you had before.

hey also we are going in sept. too can't wait got the flights booked already:banana::goodvibes

It really wouldn't matter which seats of those you've mentioned. They would all be excellent seats.

Be careful in September...Cirque takes a one week hiatus usually the middle/late (ish) of September. This year it's Sept. 20th - 27th. I know the site says 20th - 24th...but keep in mind Cirque does not run on Sundays & Mondays.

I am saying that Cirque is closed and will have no performances Sept. 20th - Sept. 27th.

ok thanks i really did not understand at first thanks cuz we were going to go on the 27th maybe we should go on 28th.:cheer2:

you should be good then...arriving the 27th...you just won't be able to go your first day...but the rest of the week is all good. :thumbsup2

I haven't seen the Cirque show at WDW, but based on the Las Vegas shows, seating higher and farther back is more comfortable.

Again, based on the Las Vegas shows, I almost would prefer the side sections, about mid-point--give or take a bit! Perhaps a shade closer to the front than the back, but as others have said, avoid the lower seats and those closest to the stage.

All of the seats for Cirque are pretty good. The theater is set on an incline so each row can see above the other. You do not want to be on the floor perse becasue the people fly over your head and you have to always look up. The characters also spend time in the aisle as part of the show. There really isn't a bad seat (except for the floor). Seems like I bought my BIL and MIL seats in 203 or 204 with him seating ont he aisle cause he is a big guy. They thought the seats were terrific. There is a concession stand and a Circue store there if you want the CDs or something. It is very much worth seeing. It is not a typical circus--it is very odd and colorful and very eurpoean--the music is fantasic.

i really appreciate your input as i was thinking of getting seats in section 023 or 204 on the aisles as i would love to enjoy the aisle entertainment as well.this is a once in a life time for dh and myself and look forward to it to celibrate my birthday when we are there. thanks again:cool1:

did you perfer a certain week day and what time would be best the 6pm or 9pm.popcorn::

I got there the day before their haitus last year...so I had no choice of days, had to go on Saturday (the day I flew in). I chose the earlier show only because after traveling all day and time difference from where I traveled from, I wanted to turn in early to do rope drop the next day...and the late show would have had me past the point of getting to bed early. It's all what fits into your schedule better..no matter which show you see...it will be the same show.
