Can anyone help. We're closing in on 180 days and my kids are huge breakfast eaters, so I figured this would be the best time to do the character breakfasts. Looking at the menus, it seems like almost all the buffets or pre-lated breakfasts are scrambled eggs. While my kids like eggs, my DD is a pancake nut and I don't think they're going to want eggs every morning. Are there more options??

How about Park Fare at GF. Here's their Hot Buffet choices.

Chef's preparation of custom eggs and build your own omelets, bacon, sausage links, scrambled eggs, cheese blintz, strawberry melba, apple cobbler, peach and white chocolate bread pudding with vanilla sauce, blueberry pancakes, corned beef hash, Spanish scramble, mini pancakes, Mickey waffles, fresh Challah bread French toast, country-style biscuits and gravy, grits, oatmeal and shredded triangle potato

The food here is very good.

Also, 'Ohana's breakfast, when we were there in Sept., inc. Mickey Waffles-very good.
Here's a picture of the skillet we got.

There are many character breakfast places with tons of food choices.... We love:

Tusker House in AK
Chef Mickey
Cape May Cafe
Crystal Palace in MK

These places all have a large selection of food, not just eggs :thumbsup2
