Character Breakfast / Breakfast In The Park Did I Miss The Memo

Well, sure, I am always up for any advice! We will be at DL from Sunday afternoon until Wednesday night. Since Toontown Madness happens on Mondays and Wednesdays, we thought we'd be doing Toontown on Tuesday, an MM day (we'll be attending) in which Toontown will open at 10 a.m. if I have my facts straight. This would be the day we'd like to plan the M&F breakfast but there is an obvious time conflict if M&F's last seating is 10:30 ... am I missing something? Thanks!

Aha.

So DL is opening at 9, with TT opening at 10? But you'll have been there since 8! Ooh you'll be needing breakfast by 10:30! :)

It can get busy in ToonTown, it's true, and in June I would see why you would want to be done with it earlier (it gets hot back there!), but I'm not sure I would put a cooler emptier TT over a fun breakfast. You could run up to TT and snag fast passes for Roger Rabbit before b'fast, and since there are only two rides in ToonTown, that will lower your waiting time. The lines for the characters can get long, but we actually experienced a LONGER line in Mickey's house during Morning Madness than we experienced at other times on random days...we haven't yet been during a busier time, though, so take my words with hunks of salt. :goodvibes

There are also so many other opportunities to meet the Mickey & friends characters. I'm not sure I've heard of Mickey being at the Minnie breakfast, but he's all over the parks, he can get around! Then you'd meet some at the b'fast, and any you have left to meet could probably be picked up later at ToonTown, if you don't mind the extra heat of the day.

I'm just musing here, though...and again it's based on lower-attendance times..

Can we get breakfast with characters if it's not included in our room booking? Or an early entry?
If so where/ how :) We are going 5/14-5/18

If you have tickets that are 3 or more days, you should have a day of Magic Morning (aka Early Entry back before January) on the hoppers. Or if you're staying on-site you get MM each day it is offered (Sat, Sun, Tues, Thurs) with your disney hotel charge slip.
