Character Breakfast at Olivia's

I tried to get a PS at the character breakfast at Olivia's today for February and was told the computers were down at Olivia's and to call back in a few days. I called again later and another CM told me the computers were down but don't bother to call back until November!! They are lying to us. I have read that others are finding out that the character breakfast at Olivia's is part of the cutbacks at WDW!!
