Has anybody been to this character breakfast recently?

I was reading the menu on this website and also allearsnet.com, and there was no mention of the Mickey shaped waffles. Have these been discontinued? I was looking forward to them! :earsboy:

When are you going? We're planning to eat there on 11/28. If you can wait until we come back (12/5) I'll have a report for ya!

I do not recall Mickey waffles at the Restaurantosaurus. I however, did not miss them with all the other good food they have there. It was really one of the best breakfast buffets I have done at WDW. The variety was great, our service was great, when I told them the gravy was a little cold, they brought me a hot bowl of it to my table instead of making me wait at the buffet. It was really good. But, I understand the need for Mickey waffles so you might want to reconsider if that's what you had your heart set on. You aren't doing anymore breakfasts?

Thanks a lot, but we leave home on 11/29. Strange they are not listed on the menu anymore.

No, we are just doing the one breakfast. They did have them when I went in 1999, and I seem to remember seeing them on online menus since them. I know other breakfasts do serve them still.

I just took DS over the 4th of July and that breakfast has slowly gone down hill from what it was originally was (gone at least once a year) food wise. Didn't remember any Mickey waffles, nor did they have any chocolate chip pancakes.

If you want to come over I can make some for you with my Mickey waffle iron. ;)

But I will be there once again on the 18th of Dec. DS LOVES it and the characters are wonderfull!

In May '05 there were no Mickey Waffles. They had regular pancakes and either french toast or french toast sticks, I can't remember which now. If the waffles are a big deal to you, I would go somewhere else. I know Chef Mickeys and Ohana have them.

no mickey waffles their. If they are important go to one of the breakfasts that have them - chef mickeys. We never missed them at all.
