Changing the number of people in reservations

Hello, we are travelling with a group of 6 of us, I can make all the ADRs the places we want to eat for a party of 6, but what I want to know is, for some reason, say only 4 of us show up for a reservation, are we going to get turned away if our original reservation was for 6 of us? We are all planning on eating together all the time, but things happen, people get sick, or don't feel like going out for supper etc.

On my last trip, I made all our resis for 6 and then our friends couldn't make it. I called about a month ahead and going from 6 to 4 wasn't an issue. I suspect going the other way is harder.

No it is not an issue. Even when you don't know until last minute.

Just let them know at the podium the others couldn't make it, that it is only 4 now.
You are right, people get sick or want to stay in....etc, so they allow for this.
