So, I purchased a park to park ticket from Undercover Tourist to be used last year in September. I had a emergency and could not use the ticket. I called Universal and they said it would not be a problem to use in the future to just call them when I had a date in mind. I wanted to change it to this June and I called and they said I would have to call UT to change. I called UT and they said it was past 90 days and I would have to call Universal. I am hoping when I get there that Guest Services can fix this or maybe I am out the ticket. I am not sure I want to make hotel reservations and find out I have to purchase a new ticket. Has anyone had this situation and did Guest Services fix it for them? Thank you.
