This is probably a weird question, but in the event that your room isn't available when you arrive (let's say you arrive early in the morning), is there anywhere you can change your clothes? It's just that I want to head out to the parks immediately after checking in, since we don't have much time in WDW. Tacky, I know, but we can't help it if it's still below freezing here in the Northeast! Do other people do this, or will we be considered freaks?!

There is a changing area in the restrooms by each pool.

I wear my t-shirt under a lightweight sweater for the plane, then change into my sandals and shorts in the airport bathroom--I can't wait to get to WDW! Besides, you'll feel the heat the minute you get off the plane and it will feel realy hot if youa re bundled up.

No you won't be considered freaks. I have seen many people doing this, and have done it myself.

Most all of the resorts have a restroom in the lobby/check-in area. Plan ahead a bit and have a change of clothes in one of your smaller bags or backpack. If your room isn't ready when you arrive, they will help you check your other bags and then you can hit the restrooms and change.

have a great time!

LOL The last two trips to WDW I changed into shorts/sandals in the airport bathroom. By the time my luggage was in baggage pickup, I was ready to hit the rental car desk. It was very warm, compared to WI. :D My husband was alittle warm and crabby looking for the right car from National's Emerald Aisle.
