Changing room at Poly?

We are considering a Poly pool hop after we check out and before our flight home. Where would we change and are there shower facilities?

I'm pretty sure there are showers under the volcano area, however these are more 'rise off showers'. I'm not sure you would want to whip out a bar Safeguard and start lathering up.
