? changing ressie w/ pin code?

I am currently booked at POP with a pin code. Can I change resorts anytime, say I change my mind when it gets closer and I want POFQ. Do I lose my 20% discount or can I change untill the booking date on the email, or can I change anytime right untill we travel? It is a room only ressie.

Usually I pick my resort and go with it, but for the extra $ I am thinking we might like POFQ again.

You can only chg it ,if the resort you want to chg to has rooms avail. for that particular promo.
