Changing Resorts

This is my first post so I apologize if this is an incorrect way to post but...

I booked a value resort (Pop) under free dining. Now after looking at finances realized I could do beach club (with myway dining). I called Disney to make the change and they told me there was no availability. Now I can see on the website that they would let me book beach club with free dining (ie. there is availability for an upgrade), So what's the deal, why are they telling me there is no availability??? Wanting Disney free my way dining for beach club sept.14-21.

Confused newbee. Help?!

I would call back. I plugged in your dates and every room type is available from standard to lagoon/pool view CL. Sometimes that happens where the CM for some reason isn't showing availability, but you see it online. If you do call back and the next CM tells you the BC is not available, I'd book it online, pay another deposit, and then call an cancel the Pop reservation. Good luck.
