Changing resorts mid-stay

I like many of you want to see what other resorts have to offer on WDW Property. We are staying 5 nights at POP and 2 at POR this next trip. What is best way to move suitcase from one resort to other, and do you need to immediately check in at second resort??? I was thinking about taking suitcase to conceirge at POP in morning we check out, asking it be moved to POR and then spending the day at AK. Then, check in at POR after the day at the park. Will the second conceierge hold our suitcase until we check in???

It's no problem at all. Just realize that it isn't quick. You won't get your bags at the new resort until late afternoon, early evening. That being said, this is what to do...
We have our bags picked up by 8 a.m. You can either call bell services at POP or take them there yourself. I would just take my bags over to them. Then, you can head off to a park. Whenever you feel like it, head to the next resort, POR, and check-in. You may be able to get into your room right then. If not, grab a bite to eat, or head out again. When your room is ready, or later in the day, check with the bell services folks (who are incredibly nice and helpful at POR!!) and see if your bags have gotten delivered to them yet.

You don't need to head to POR first thing in the morning to checkin...do it at your leisure, whenever it fits into your day's plan.
