Changing reservations within 45 days?

Do they charge you to upgrade your reservation within 45 days? We are thinking about upgrading to Poly (Can't seem to get that resort out of my head) and we have the Disney Visa 7/4 deal. We can book this deal until the end of April however we are within 45 days of our trip. Do they charge you?

It wouldn't make sense to me to charge for upgrading..

We just made reservations at POR for the end of june and were told that to change your reservation from 0-45 days before going it would cost $50.

I just spoke to CRO and they told me it wouldn't cost anything because I would be upgrading... She did say it would cost me something if I downgraded.

I haven't made up my mind if I am going to or not... I probably will because I can't stop thinking about it..

I changed my Visa 7/4 from POR to WL 25 days out and there is no charge because you are upgrading, good luck!
