Changing Reservation Dates

We bought tickets and made a Disneyland reservation for a date in September. Now, we would like to change that reservation to a different date. Does anyone know if that is possible? If it is, what exactly do I need to do to make it happen? Thanks for any help!

I believe you have to cancel the current reservations and make new ones (make sure the new dates are available first!). Sign into your Disney account first:
Theme park reservations cannot be modified, but can be cancelled by visiting My Theme Park Reservations. If you’d like to cancel an existing reservation and book a new one, please first check on the availability of reservations for your new desired date and/or park.

You just have to cancel it and re-reserve what day you want. I had to do this to switch some DL/DCA hopper start days around, and it was no big deal. I even checked, and the QR code was the same, even after I changed starting parks. I’m not sure if they will change if you change to new days completely, though. It’s very easy to do online, and availability is still wide open in September…

I just did this because of my oogie tix. Just make sure it’s available then cancel and reserve again…

you can cancel up to midnight day before, you have 14 days from your first visit on multi days to pick a new date

You can cancel and book the new date as long as the tier is the same or lower (sounds like you might have purchased a one-day ticket, which is tiered).

This is what I'm thinking of doing. Cancelling the day we have Oogie booked and choose a different day.

yup 3pm entry is perfect for my family! Maybe hang out at the grand cali pool or dt disney then head to dca at 3pm.
