Changing number of guests on an ADR...

My sister's doctor won't let her travel due to Zika (she's pregnant and he's issued a travel ban to Florida - right or wrong she's following the doctor's advice understandably) so I need to reduce my ADR number by one. If I try to do this online, I can't do it because there is no availability for my time slot (it is not smart enough to see I am reducing by one I guess). So, my options are....??? Call Disney Dining and see what they say? Or just show up with one less person? Will I be charged the no-show for that one person every time? And what about my prepaid ressie at CRT?
