Changing names on reservation? online or do I need to contact MS directly?

The DVC site is down now so can't check for myself, but last time I recall when changing the names of the entire party for a reservation I had to contact MS. Does anyone recall whether changing names on the reservation can be done online?

No clue now but as of pre site shutdown the primary reservation holder had to be updated by calling while others could be changed online.

You could also use chat instead of calling but yes, the lead guest can only be changed by MS.

I have changed the primary guest’s name via email as well. You might also be able to do via chat. As above, the other names can be changed online.

No, the confirmation number remains the same.
