Changing FP selections a few days out?

We are headed to Disney this week. We had planned to be at HS on Friday. The weather is 90% rain and thunder. We were hoping to see Fantasmic for the first time, kids have been scared on our last couple trips. I was considering changing our Friday HS plans with Saturday (Epcot). Will I regret this when I see our FP selections this close to our trip? Soarin is closed so there really isn't anything else FP at Epcot I would be terribly upset to lose out on, but I did like having a FP for Fantasmic on Friday and I don't know that we would get that again for Saturday at this point. We also had Frozen and Star Tours blocked which the kids enjoy. Any advice? Thanks so much.

You can check what's available without canceling your current FPs. It won't cancel what you currently have until you select new ones. Maybe looking at what's available will help you decide if you want to change anything or not.
