changing at waterparks

I am due to have serious shoulder surgery soon and whilst it looks pretty
" normal" I have very limited movement in one arm. I will be unable to dry or dress myself at the waterparks. Is there anywhere that my husband will be able to help me? Or will I be allowed to use the disabled facilities? I assume there are some?

Ask at Guest Relations. Although I am not sure whether water parks actually use a piece of cardboard known as a Guest Assistance Card, the CM there should be able to instruct you as to where to go. You are not obliged to show proof of disability.

You may be instructed to use a "rest" room as opposed to the "changing" room since the former has individual stalls with doors or curtains.

The GAC is not used at the Water parks. The OP may be directed to the companion restroom at TL to have her husband assist her.

I know we have a companion restroom at TL actually outside the gate. I have checked with first aid; they have a restroom but it really is not accessible but could be used.

At BB they have two companion restrooms very close to the main lockers.

Our last 2 visits to TL (last in June 2011) I was told there was no campanion rest room, I have since found out this is not true. They did let me assist DS to change in the gift shop near the entrance in the shop fitting room. Not really as private as I had hoped for. hope you have better luck with the CM's.
