Changes to the gap

When I went to Disney inDecember, the CM there told me there had been changes in the use of the GAP since I last went. Unfortunately due to the crowds, I couldn't even try to go into the parks and spent the time at the resort. I am going again next month and would love to know if anyone can tell me what changes there have been since last April. Using the GAP was the only way I could go on any rides. Thanks for any information on these changes.
