Changes to Point Transfer Wanted thread policy effective May 1, 2011.

Beginning May 1, 2011, Point Transfer Wanted threads mayl no longer be posted on the Rent/Trade board. Those DVC members seeking a a transfer of points from another member will need reply into a Points for Transfer, Points for Rent/Transfer, or Points for Rent thread offered by another member.
