Mistake? Anything I should know about WGP? I remember...maybe it was last year...that there was some kind of rule about WGP and the FDP.

It's hard to say that such a change is a "mistake" though Chefs de France is arguably the best 1TS restaurant on the Dining Plan. There are a couple of things to keep in mind about Wolfgang Puck's. First, only downstairs participates. Second, they're a bit more persnickety about what's what, such as sushi is considered an entree, there, not an appetizer.

Yes, I am certain that point could be argued........but so could the opposite view that it is not the best 1TS restuarant on the DDP.

To the OP, you changed for a reason - was it the menu? convenience? location? Wolfgang Puck's has gotten some very good reviews about the food. Some people have had questionable service while others have raved about their servers.

We ate last year at Wolfgang Pucks and there were no restrictions on the menu...we also ate Cs at WP express and there were a couple of higher priced items that were not included in the dining plan. Both were excellent meals!

IMHO, excellent choice!!
WPC is absolutely one of the best (actually, in my top 2 :upsidedow ). delicious, unusual food.
we found chefs food too pedestrian :sad2:

Well, my reasons are many. Last year, the waiter was kind of....persnickety, I guess you could say. I really felt like the biggest redneck in Epcot...lol. We're from Panama City, and while I am overweight, I wasn't wearing a tube top, I left my dog at home, I had no trouble reading my menu, and communicating what I wanted, and all my kids had shoes on :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: He just made me feel dumb, and I don't appreciate that at all. Also, my dh didn't like his food much. He had the lamb, and wasn't impressed. Also it was very crowded, and I always travel with my disabled aunt and uncle and space for my uncle was tight considering he is a quadrapalegic and can't get out of his ECV.

I was looking forward to the sushi...can anyone confirm that it is an entree?
