Change Reservation for discount - will I lose my fastpasses?

If I use the "Change Reservation" option in order to apply a discount to my reservation, is there any chance I may lose my fastpasses?

I booked a room and ticket package for this September at POFQ. After my fastpass day, they released fall discounts for my dates and room type which are still available. I would like to apply the discount to my reservation to get the discount of $200, but am very worried about losing my fastpasses! If there is any chance of losing my fastpasses, it is not worth the $200 discount for me.

Has anyone had any experience with this? Thank you very much for your help!

No, your fastpasses won't be dropped unless you don't have an eligible reservation.

You could cancel your current reservation and even move to a different hotel in the same time period and be fine.

Select the modify reservation option - modifying does not change your reservation number, which would keep anything associated.
