Change name on a reservation?

Can you change the name on a reservation after it has been made?

For example, if I have 2 nights at OKW booked for October but have to back out, can I just switch the reservation to my parents' names (who live close to the mouse)? If I can change the name, is there a a window I'm working within, or could this be done with a couple weeks notice? Or do I just have to cancel and hope to rebook with the same points in my parents' name?

Yes, just call MS and they will modify the reservation for you.

I'm sure your parents will have a great stay!
