Change from lunch to dinner menu?

I have noticed that the dinner menu is often more expensive than the lunch menu. But what time do restaurants at DL change over?

I don't know, but we got a 3:00 at Blue Bayou, the only thing available, and it was still lunch menu..thank goodness.

Also 11:30 at Ariel's Grotto that was breakfast.

We did a 3:30 at Dlue Bayou. I think that was the last seating for lunch. After we left they changed it to dinner
