change a name?

My husband and I are to volunteer tomorrow and he found out only yesterday he has to work.

My son is taking his place so they are not short help....how can I get his name on the Disney ticket instead of my husbands.

We are all going to Disney together so it doesn't matter who gets what ticket, but it is my understanding that the name on the ticket is the only one that can use it.

I have called Disney and she said it shouldn't be a problem but they can't do it from there, called Hands on network and can't get anyone on the phone to answer....

any other suggestions??

Can you log into your Hands on Network account?

Instead of trying to delete your husband's name and adding your son's (which I don't think it will let you do), perhaps you can edit your husband's info to change the name that way.

I think Hands on Network would be able to tell you if that's possible and walk you through it.

At this point, I would just have your son sign in with your husband's name.

I agree, you may not be able to change it in the system.

This is probably the best way to handle it. As long as your husband will be on the trip that removes any potential problems.

thanks it worked out just fine, they didn't even ask who my son was, so no problems and we got the vouchers printed out.
