Chances of getting AKV grand villa 7 months out?

For September 7-14th...although the dates are somewhat flexible, it would be for sometime in September preferable early to mid.

Later into september, you get into Food and Fine, where all DVC's become difficult. AKV GC's are not low points (like OKW) so there's some hope. The difficulty may be stringing an entire week together.
FWIW, I'm on an October 5th waitlist for any studio at AKV, and last month they checked and all room categories were booked except the did have a Grand Villa available.

We have points at AKL but not enough for the GV (we just have 2009 UY and borrow 2010). We also have points at BCV and my parents (who would go with us) have points at BWV. So we have to wait to the 7 month mark to try for the GV at AKL.

Our plan is to make reservations at the 11 month mark with existing points at our respective home resorts and then try to change at the 7 month mark.
