I know every year the Halloween party and festivals become longer and longer! I was wondering if there are any rumors yet about it possibly starting before August 30?

Anything is possible, but I know in both 2018 and 2017, F&W started on the last Thursday of August, right before Labor Day weekend. If that trend continues, it will start 8/29 next year.
