Chance of grabbing a cancellation at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique?

We booked my 5 year old's appointment back around 170 days out for 10/26 and got one of the last appointments at MK at the time. Just recently, my 3 year old has decided that she really wants to do this, but I keep calling every once in a while and it's fully booked. Has anyone had success at getting an appointment this close to a trip? They tell me to keep trying when I call, but we're 42 days out and it seems like most people would have their plans pretty well set at this point and the chances of a cancellation are pretty slim...

Last September when we went, we had booked my daughters reservation at the Downtown location because nothing at MK was open. They did tell me to keep calling because they get cancellations all the time and people have up to 24 hours to cancel so the closer to the date, the better odds you have. I called probably every other day for about 2 months and finally the day before we were leaving, I called and they had a cancellation and was able to get in at MK. Keep trying!!!

Not that it helps but it may give you hope !! I cancelled a reservation at mk for my DD in August ! I cancelled about 4 days ahead of the appointment. DD went to ice palace boutique instead.
