Championships Gate Questions

Have been looking into staying in this community but have some questions.
First my head is spinning from all the choices. Anyone have any recommendations for a house with a pool and a hot tub? I don't know how to tell the difference between a jacuzzi, hot tub and spa. Seems many are not hot tubs.
Need a house for 10-12 people.
Also how many slides does their waterpark have and what are the height requirements? Have looked everywhere and can't find them.
Any info would be appreciated.

Actually there is a whole new neighborhood with TONS of houses at CHampionsgate. The "Retreat" is the vacation rental part and the "Country Club" is for full timers. They have the Oasis Club that is the water park and restaurants.


The lennar community there is new and the Oasis club that opened last year is awesome! Our kids LOVE it there. The houses are all new and almost all have pools. THere are also 3 golf courses and the OMNI resort. The water park at the Oasis has 2 slides one for smaller kids and one for the bigger kids. My daughter is 3 and went down the little one alone and the big one on my lap. My son (48") went down the big one alone, I think it was 42". There is also a lazy river and splash area. It is a great place to stay!

Thank you for the info! That is where we would like to stay. The grandkids would love the oasis waterpark. Now I just need to find a house with a pool and a hot tub, most have a spa that is the same temp as pool.

Champions Gate is the newest most impressive resort in Orlando I believe. We have friends that rented this villa http://www.championsgateprivaterentals.com/property.php?propertyid=17
Not sure how complete the resort is at present. It's a challenger to Reunion as homes and facilities are pretty luxurious.
