Chadwick's just retroactivity charged me for free gift!

I am hopping mad now! Customer Service issued me a new "free gift" because the suitcase arrived broken in 2 pieces. Now they have charged my credit card $29.99 for the gift, 3 or 4 days after it was authorised.

I would dispute the charges with your CC company--they can't charge you for an amount you did not authorize.

I would also contact Chadwicks customer service department and explain that it was supposed to be a replacement item not a charged item.

I did, but they aren't "getting it." Who would pay 30 dollars for that???
