Celiacs and others, what's on your wish list for gluten free products?

Do you have trouble finding good tasting products? What would you want if you could find it somewhere? Where do you usually buy them? Any special books you like to read about the gluten free diet?

I've found the bread from whole foods ,they have there own brand is the best they make a sandwich bread and a nice cinnamon raisin they are in the freezer section. they are still not the greatest I really wish they made goldfish crackers or cheez its. the most thing we miss is ordering pizza.Our two year old is the gluten free one we recently found out I haven't bought any cookbooks yet. I buy a lot of food from Trader Jo's they have a gluten free list of all there products at the customer service desk
